Please contact The Gathering Retreat directly by using the contact link on the left of the page to reserve a date.  The grids below show what weekends are reserved. If the dates have initials by it, it is reserved.  All other dates are available.

If you have a weekend reserved you have the first chance to rebook the same weekend the following year.  So, if you have a weekend booked you can request it again for the following year at any time, but you have 2 weeks after your visit to rebook or the weekend goes out to others.  If you are interested in a weekend that is already booked please let me know and I can put you on a wait list so if I do not receive a deposit and the week opens up I can book accordingly.  In Keeping with this policy the only date that can be reserved over a year in advance are for groups that are doing rebooks.
